About the team

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. GBS is an entrepreneurial and ambitious client group.

- Develop branded products (premium ads, standard feeds, creators, IP packages, etc. )strategies, define business priorities, and formulate key operational strategies based on business objectives.

- Work closely with teams to understand the needs, goals, and marketing pain points of key market clients, and provide corresponding product solutions.

- Conduct market research and collect product feedback, while collaborating with product teams to drive product optimization.

- Partner with sales, marketing, product, and client operations teams to advance product GTM and market education, in order to support revenue target achievement.

- Based on business and product goals, build brand methodologies, establish metric systems, and create scalable mechanisms for business analysis and monitoring.
