What You'll Do:
Build a new and sustainable client base from the ground up.Actively identify and reach out to potential customers through direct engagement and referrals.Meet with potential clients to understand and address their insurance needs.Offer personalised solution suggestions to match each client's situation.Deliver exceptional service and ensure a high standard of client satisfaction at all stages.Requirements
Fluent in both Maltese and EnglishConfident, presentable, and composedAble to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamReliable and methodical, with strong organizational skillsAble to work after office hours to meet potential clientsEnergised by learning and personal growth opportunitiesHolding a personal means of transportation is essential
