Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Handle all ticketing enquiries from travel agents, SPD, and Umrah dept team
  • Prepare competitive flight quotations
  • Strategically recommend routing options to optimise pricing and margin
  • Negotiate fares with AAX
  • Upsell ancillary products (baggage, meals, seat selection)
  • Monitor booking trends and push slow-moving sectors
  • Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets
  • Maximise profit margin per booking

B. Agent & Account Management

  • Maintain strong working relationships with appointed agents
  • Conduct regular follow-ups on pending quotations
  • Monitor agent booking patterns & potential growth
  • Support agents with promotional fares & campaign updates
  • Assist in onboarding new agents

C. Market Intelligence & Pricing Strategy

  • Monitor competitor fare trends (Airlines / OTA)
  • Provide market feedback to management
  • Participate in promotional campaigns

D. Booking Control & Coordination

  • Monitor Time Limit (TTL) and follow up before expiry(liaise with FInance)
  • Coordinate with Operations for ticket issuance
  • Ensure fare rules are communicated clearly to client
  • Advise clients on cancellation & change penalties before confirmation

E. Customer Service & After-Sales

  • Provide professional after-sales support
  • Manage client expectations on changes / disruptions (liaise with Operation Team)
  • Handle complaints professionally before escalation
  • Maintain service turnaround time

F. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain daily sales tracker
  • Update pipeline report (pending / confirmed / lost sales)
  • Provide weekly sales performance update
  • Record reason for lost quotations (price / routing / competitor)
