Who We Are:
Based in Stratford, Ontario, the Stratford Festival is one of the world’s foremost repertory theatre companies. It operates year-round, presenting a season of about a dozen plays each year between the months of April and November, a rich stream of digital content and hundreds of events designed to deepen understanding of the plays. For every person a theatregoer sees on our stages, we have seven people working behind the scenes, some of the world’s most dedicated and experienced arts workers.

​​The Ticket & Membership Representative is responsible for processing ticket and membership orders while delivering efficient, consistent, and exceptional customer service. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, promoting memberships and related products, and building strong relationships with patrons to enhance loyalty and confidence. Reporting to the Associate Director, Ticketing & Membership, the Ticket & Membership Representative collaborates with sales and customer service teams to support revenue goals and audience engagement. This position also contributes to maintaining high service standards and improving patron experience through proactive communication and support.
Responsibilities:
• Provide efficient, consistent, enthusiastic and exceptional customer service
• Solicit and process ticketing and membership orders by telephone and in person.
• Soliciting for a membership and ticketing sales, upselling and selling related items through inbound and outbound phone calls
• Establish and develop the relationship between the Stratford Festival and its patrons
• Promote customer loyalty and confidence
• Providing efficient, enthusiastic and professional customer service
• Adhere to the Stratford Festival Health & Safety Commitment and Procedures and ensure that safe work practices and policies are supported and enforced within reporting structure.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Scheduled hours will be across our operational hours:
Monday-Thursday 9:00a.m.-9:00p.m.
Friday & Saturday 9:00a.m.-8:00p.m.
Sunday 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous relevant work experience in sales and customer service with a passion for theatre and the arts.

This seasonal part-time unionized posting is for an existing vacancy located in Stratford, Ontario and will begin as soon as possible. This position requires the candidate to work onsite. Candidates are required to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Job Type: Seasonal Part-Time
Hourly Rate: $22.26
