The part-time ticket seller sells tickets to the public prior to events. He/she must be able to execute ticket sales and is responsible for accounting for all transactions. He/she provides tickets for the requested quantity, price, event, performance, location with appropriate discounts for ECCCA events and ensures proper payment is received. He/she performs related duties as directed by the box office supervisor. He/she must possess a professional presence and work well with the public.
QUALIFICATIONS The part-time ticket seller must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. He/she possess strong math and computer skills. He/she must have strong communication skills. He/she must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. He/she must be able to lift twenty-five pounds and have manual dexterity and motor coordination. He/she must be bondable and pass a security/reference check.
HOURLY RANGE: $12.00 Per Hour
Erie Events provides world-class venues for conventions, sports and entertainment. Operating four unique venues right in the heart of downtown Erie- Erie Insurance Arena, Warner Theatre, UPMC Park, and the Bayfront Convention Center.
Erie Insurance Arena is home to the OHL Erie Otters. UPMC Park is home to the Erie Seawolves, Detroit Tigers AA Affiliate.
