This role is responsible for generating new business revenue through the sale of Season Passes, Premium Seating, Group Tickets, and various hospitality products. This role is responsible for achieving goals and is passionate about creating exceptional fan experiences.

Essential Functions
• Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, targeted prospecting, email communication, social selling, and in-person appointments.
• Sell full-season memberships, partial plans, premium products, group outings, and single-game hospitality options.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly activity metrics and monthly revenue goals.
• Manage a personal pipeline of qualified leads and maintain detailed records in CRM.
• Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations, including stadium tours and premium seat showings.
• Build strong relationships with prospective buyers through consultative conversations and needs-based selling.
• Deliver an elevated customer experience aligned with Buccaneers brand standards.
• Assist in game-day and off-site sales activations, including staffing sales tables, hosting prospects, and participating in premium experiences.
• Host clients and prospects during games; maintain a professional presence in premium areas when assigned.
• Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and ticket sales initiatives.
• Work closely with Ticket Operations, Service, and Premium Hospitality teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new buyers.
• Share best practices with teammates and contribute to a positive, competitive sales culture.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development sessions.

Management Responsibilities
This position does not manage employees.

Non-Essential Functions
• Support other departments (Marketing, Community Relations, Premium Hospitality) with events on an as-needed basis.
• Participate in optional employee volunteer events or internal social activities.
• Help with special projects or research assignments not directly related to ticket sales.
• Provide occasional assistance at large-scale stadium events (e.g., concerts, non-football events), as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned that do not materially impact the position’s primary sales responsibilities.

Experience & Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-4 years of previous sales experience working for a professional sports team.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building experience.

Technical Knowledge
Proficient with computers and standard office software
