Sell or print tickets for shows and make dinner reservations for packages. Sell tickets to other shows using Ticketmaster. Make sure all guests have a positive experience while attending our show.
Sell show/dinner tickets, print reservations and assist supervisor in loading shows
Make sure all problems are solved in a quick and professional manner
Ensure the safety of all guests
Assist in the direction of guests to various locations and aid casino personnel with VIP guests
Deal with challenging situations
Keep track of supplies, selling and restocking retail, tracking daily sales of tickets, restaurants, retail, Silver Legacy and Ticketmaster, checking group information and booking reservations

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
