We are seeking an experienced Tibco Mashery & APIM Engineer to join our team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, API Management, and enterprise integration solutions. The role involves designing, developing, administering, and supporting integration and messaging solutions across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions using the TIBCO suite of products.
Develop and support RESTful Web Service APIs using SOAP/XML and REST/JSON technologies.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
Configure, administer, and maintain TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x/6.x), EMS, and Adapters.
Deploy and manage applications in TIBCO Administrator.
Configure and administer EMS servers, including queues, factories, and connections.
Create Hawk alerts and monitor production environments using Hawk Display.
Support migration and upgrade activities for BW, EMS, Adapters, and domains.
Configure and support Kafka integrations and messaging environments.
Develop and maintain XML, XSD, XPath, and DTD schemas.
Write SQL queries and stored procedures to support integration solutions.
Implement messaging and SOA-based applications using JMS and Web Services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with:
TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x and BW 6.x)
TIBCO EMS
TIBCO Administrator
TIBCO HAWK
File Adapter and ADB Adapter
Experience implementing RESTful APIs and Web Services (SOAP/XML & REST/JSON).
Strong expertise in messaging and SOA-based application development.
Experience with:
Kafka
RabbitMQ
RedHat JBPM
TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE)
Strong knowledge of EMS server configuration, queues, factories, and connection setup.
Experience configuring adapters such as ADB, File, and MQ.
Proficiency in XML technologies including XML, XPath, XSD, and DTD.
Solid understanding of SQL queries and stored procedures.
Experience with migration and upgrade activities for TIBCO environments.
Knowledge of JMS messaging standards.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Good to Have Skills
Experience with Tibco Mashery and API Management platforms.
Knowledge of TIBCO architecture and enterprise integration best practices.
Exposure to Digital BI/Data Visualization tools such as TIBCO Spotfire.
