Salary Range: $500.00 - $3,000.00 Commission, Position Available: THROWING COACH – TRACK & FIELD

Job Description/Duties

This position assists the Track & Field team and contributes as a member of the Activities Department. Our high school co-ed Track & Field program is seeking a dedicated throwing coach to lead our shot put and discus athletes. Practices are held on weekdays beginning at 3:00 PM, with 1-2 competitions scheduled per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with student-athletes, families, and administration
• Comprehensive knowledge of Track & Field
• Ability and commitment to developing a positive culture
• Familiarity with MSHSL rules
• Ability to motivate and develop student-athletes
• Previous coaching or playing experience is preferred
