The Threat eXposure & Intelligence Supervisor leads the Threat eXposure and Intelligence Team, supporting the proactive identification, assessment, and reduction of cybersecurity risk by monitoring, prioritizing, and mitigating exposure-related threats. This role focuses on threat exposure analysis, data correlation, and integrating threat intelligence into exposure management workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the Threat eXposure & Intelligence Team

  • Encourage and support team members to advance in professional development

  • Conduct threat exposure analysis using CTEM tools and methodologies

  • Correlate and contextualize threat indicators from multiple sources

  • Integrate threat intelligence into exposure management workflows

  • Support vulnerability management and attack surface reduction

  • Automate exposure assessments and reporting

Other responsibilities:

  • Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders

  • Collaborate with red teams, SOC, and incident response teams

  • Participate in ongoing training and knowledge sharing

  • Additional tasks as assigned based on organizational needs

Role requirements & competencies:

Knowledge

  • CTEM frameworks and lifecycle (scoping, discovery, prioritization, validation, mobilization)

  • Threat intelligence platforms and methodologies (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model)

  • Vulnerability management and attack surface reduction

  • Integration of threat exposure data into SIEM, SOAR, and GRC platforms

Skills:

  • Threat exposure analysis

  • Data correlation and contextualization

  • Use of CTEM tools

  • Automation of exposure assessments and reporting

  • Effective communication
