The Third Party Solutions (3PS) Project Management working for the Retail & Industry Solutions is responsible for driving the onboarding and operationalization of partner solutions within the HP ecosystem. This role works in close partnership with Product team and the HP 3PS/3PO organization to identify, prioritize, and enable partner offerings aligned to portfolio strategy and customer needs.

The Program Manager will lead global partner engagement efforts, coordinating across internal stakeholders and external partners to bring new solutions to market. They own end-to-end execution—from product alignment and partner onboarding through system setup—ensuring solutions are effectively integrated, scalable, and ready for commercialization.

This role partners deeply with both Product, Category and the HP 3PO team to ensure alignment on priorities, processes, governance, and system requirements, enabling seamless execution and consistent global deployment.



Responsibilities
• Oversees the delivery of large and complex customer projects, spanning single or multiple regions, and characterized by high risks and intricate legal and commercial considerations.
• Assumes responsibility for project financials like profit and loss (P&L), consistently meeting or surpassing SOAR approved budgets, and delivering dependable financial forecasts to the management.
• Leads business development endeavors by identifying and cultivating new opportunities with clients, supporting early qualification and assessment of large and complex opportunities.
• Manages client relationships, particularly those at the upper level, frequently serving as the organization's representative to external customers and clients.
• Heads the project team, overseeing both internal and external resources with a team size of fewer than 40 individuals, fostering skill development among team members.
• Ensures proper key performance indicators are set, measured, and regularly reports on status against program objectives.
• Prioritizes multiple simultaneous projects to align with customer schedules and priorities.
• Collaborates with marketing, sales, and engagement teams to ensure accurate reflection of customers and their needs.
• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
• Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and may provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units, HP global projects, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this role is $ 98,050.00 - $142,150.00 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
