About the Job
The Third Party Software Coordinator will be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance driven environment. The incumbent will be responsible for the Business Analysis for the Reporting Services team.
As Third Party Software Coordinator, You Will…
• Provide technical direction, expertise, and assistance to system users
• Take input from his/her supervisor and apply comments and feedback
• Manage Third party systems on a daily basis and automate processes to Support users
• Oversee system configuration changes, including (but not limited to): flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
• Monitor user adoption
• Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
• User support tickets - ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner
• Collation of information and data entry
• Compile regular reports
• Provide Data-Driven insights and analysis
• Establish and maintain effective relationships, with the system users
• Complete tasks in accordance with procedures, to ensure ongoing consistency and compliance with required timeframes
• Provide process improvement recommendations when identified, to reduce completion time and improve the efficiency of tasks
• Deliver high-quality services to our internal users consistently
• Deliver informative and well-organized presentations
• Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

As Third Party Software Coordinator, You Have…
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrator type role, with demonstrated experience analyzing systems and customizing system configurations
• Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions with diverse groups of stakeholders
• Superior attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated strength in communications, relationship building, technical understanding, and problem-solving
