As a Governance Specialist on the TPRM Strategy & Governance team, you will play a key role in advancing this mission by strengthening how third-party risks are identified, governed, and managed across VanguardIf you are interested in driving forward a highlyvisible, rapidly evolving global program with enterprise impacts, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Qualifications
· Minimum of five years’ related work experience, with twoyears’ experience in risk management.
· Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
· Ability to collaborate and engage with key program stakeholders
· Demonstrated program and project management experience.
· Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
· Professional certification (CTPRP, CPA, CIA, CISI,CRISC, etc.) preferred
Important Information
This position operates in a hybrid environment. Team members are expected on‑site at Vanguard’s campus Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week. Monday and Friday are designated remote workdays, unless business needs require otherwise.
