Santander Consumer Bank is looking for a Third Party Risk Manager to join our Nordic Sourcing organisation for a one-year assignment. This role will support our operations across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland and play an important part in strengthening how we identify, assess, monitor and manage risks across our third-party supplier ecosystem.
As part of the Sourcing team, you will work closely with subject matter experts, business stakeholders and senior management. Together with the Third-Party Risk Management Lead, you will help ensure transparency, regulatory adherence and effective risk mitigation throughout the supplier lifecycle.
To succeed in this role, you are structured, proactive and confident in driving topics forward. You have a strong eye for detail, while also understanding the broader business context. You are comfortable working across different functions, navigating complexity and balancing regulatory requirements with commercial realities.
You enjoy collaborating with others, building trust and creating practical solutions that strengthen governance without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
