- Support the Partnerships team during the full partner lifecycle, from initial pitch to negotiation and operationalisation, by providing risk insights and compliance guidance.
- Act as the direct point of contact for business owners, helping them navigate the partner onboarding process, clearly communicating risk findings and balancing business urgency with risk mitigation
- Maintain and monitor the Third-Party Risk Register and tooling, ensuring relevant service details and risk profiles are accurate and performance is continuously tracked.
- Effectively balance short-term and long-term priorities, managing multiple risk assessment projects.
- Coordinate the effective review of contractual provisions, with consideration of applicable operational resilience and/or outsourcing requirements.
- Support business owners in negotiating commercial aspects for key third party service provider arrangements, as required.
- Maintain up to date the procurement process documentation and system workflows.
What We Look For:
- Proven experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Relationship Management, or a similar risk-focused role, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.
- Are familiar with how financial institutions work.
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to third-party outsourcing, operational resilience and vendor management.
- Experience in conducting robust risk assessments, performing due diligence, and clearly documenting findings.
