Krispy Kreme’s Third Party Logistics Manager will be the key region-level leader overseeing outsourced logistic operations, with a primary focus on managing carrier relationships and performance. Reporting to the Director of US Logistics, the Third Party Logistics Manager will ensure the successful execution of Delivered Fresh (DF) operations by overseeing carrier compliance, service quality, and cost efficiency. This role will be responsible for performance monitoring and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
The Third Party Logistics Manager will collaborate with third-party logistic providers to drive operational excellence while serving as the key liaison between logistic partners and internal stakeholders, including Director of US Logistics, Shop District Managers, Shop General Managers, Area Sales Manager (or another Sales team designate). They will be accountable for maintaining service levels, optimizing transportation efficiency, and ensuring consistently high-quality delivery experience.
A successful Third Party Logistics Manager will demonstrate strong leadership, carrier management expertise, cost analysis capabilities, and a commitment to operational excellence. The role will perform all duties according to company policy, standards, and established procedures. A commitment to teamwork, a clean, professional appearance, enthusiasm, customer-focused behavior, and a high energy level are necessary.
