
Ensures all third party payments, including from Medicare, Medicaid and Insurance companies, are posted to resident accounts in myUnity and PCC. Works with campuses and Central Office Finance to reconcile bank receipts monthly. Coordinates with third party payers to receive electronic remittance advices and electronic funds transfer arrangements.
Monitor and download payment files and apply payments to resident accounts in myUnity / PCC
Receive campus deposit information, save to campus folders and post to resident accounts
Receive, scan and post manual checks from third party payers
Resolve payment discrepancies with reimbursement team as needed
Update deposit log daily and reconcile with campus and Finance staff monthly
Contact payers to transition payers to electronic processing or to obtain missing remittances
Research, resolve and report any clearinghouse or bank related issues
Provide feedback to management regarding any issues or repetitive errors that may be encountered during claim review and submissions
Required Degree: High School Diploma
Preferred Degree: Some college or Associates degree
$23.61 - $32.90 per hour
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $23.61 - $32.90 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
