What you’ll do As a Third Operator, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.

Your day-to-day

  • Support the Operator and 2nd Operator with machine setup, operation, and production activities
  • Load raw materials into equipment and prepare machinery for production runs
  • Monitor product quality and report any issues related to box dimensions, print quality, scoring, slotting, or material condition
  • Stack finished products using automated palletizing equipment according to customer specifications
  • Perform equipment cleanup and assist with routine maintenance activities
  • Complete production reports and administrative documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all health, safety, and food safety standards

Your strengths as a Third Operator You are a natural fit for this role if

  • You have a High School Diploma or GED
  • You have experience in a manufacturing environment or are eager to build your skills in one
  • You pay close attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work
  • You can follow procedures and safety standards consistently
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • You communicate clearly and work well as part of a team
  • You bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow
