Job Description

Our Hopper dredgers (TSHD) and Cutter dredgers (CSD) work around the world on the most challenging dredging projects. As a member of the Engineering department, you maintain the engines to let our vessels run smoothly in order to secure their 24/7 production.

Your responsibilities

  • You assist the Engineering watch on board of a TSHD, CSD or split barge

  • You carry out duties according to STCW regulation

  • You assist in m aintaining and repairing the technical equipment on board according to instructions of the Second and First Engineer

  • You observe the quality, health, safety and environmental system

Your profile

  • You completed a maritime education in Engineering

  • You have at least a III/4 COC Rating forming part of an Engineering watch

  • A valid Passport, Seamans Book and Seafarers Medical should be obtained

  • You have a strong awareness of Health, Safety and Environment

  • You have a hands-on and no nonsense mentality

  • You speak and write English fluently
