Job Category: ManufacturingMAJOR JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process (Dial-in) a new product. This means to adjust the forming, die cutting, and stacking.
• Monitor the quality of the product, take production samples, check for the different quality issues, and document them.
• Ensure the product is properly packed and palletized.
• Change rolls on the Thermoforming Line.
• Ensure all hygiene procedures are being followed and document the necessary items.
• Must be able to read, understand, and update the production schedule, the product specifications, the daily log, and the QC log in the company production website.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with the other team players on the shift packers and floor person. QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications•    High School Diploma or GED equivalent
•    Must be able to speak, read and write basic English.
•    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with other colleagues across all functions of the organization.
•    Experience working within a production environment
•    Training in Food Safety environments a plus
•    Minimum of 1 year experience as a Thermoforming Operator or has demonstrated prior equivalent experience and knowledge.
