Valeo’s Mobility Tech Center (VMTC) located in Créteil (94) is Valeo’s Brain Division Headquarters. This Research & Development center employs over 1,180 people working on the development of Advanced Driving Assistance Systems (ADAS), connectivity solutions, human-machine interfaces and vehicle cabin monitoring systems.
The Thermal Department at Smart Cockpit, which is responsible for thermal design and the validation of robust technical solutions for Valeo’s modern display systems, is currently seeking a Thermal Simulation Engineer M/F
Working closely with various engineering disciplines (optics, mechanical, electrical, systems, validation, and software), I will be responsible for identifying the best technical and financial trade-offs while optimizing the product’s thermal performance, reducing thermal risks, and minimizing costs to ensure we remain competitive.
Your challenges ?
What about you ?
You hold a master’s degree (engineering or other) and have at least five years of professional experience in the thermal simulation of mechatronic systems, gained in an industrial setting.
You are curious and pragmatic, and are known for your interpersonal and communication skills, as well as your ability to explain technical information in layman’s terms.
You are proficient in CATIA software and, ideally, FloEFD, Ansys, and model-based design (MBD) tools such as MATLAB Simulink or Python.
Your English is fluent.
