1. 
   Responsible for the full-process development of thermal management projects, proficient in the complete development flow from requirement definition, scheme design, simulation verification to mass production delivery, ensuring compliant project execution.
2. 
   Master performance attributes of thermal management systems and components; responsible for decomposing project VTS (Vehicle Technical Specification) and developing verifiable and implementable SSTS (Subsystem Technical Specification), clarifying performance indicators of each subsystem.
3. 
   Independently conduct 1D system-level thermal performance simulation and 3D CFD / thermal simulation (flow field, temperature field), build simulation models, optimize parameters, analyze results and propose design improvements.
4. 
   Control key project milestones, formulate development plans, track progress, identify risks, coordinate technical and resource issues to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.
5. 
   Cooperate with testing team to complete performance testing of thermal systems and parts, compare simulation and test data, optimize design to meet VTS and SSTS requirements.
6. 
   Organize and archive technical documents, simulation reports, test reports and project deliverables with standardization and completeness.

Requirements

1. 
   Bachelor’s degree or above in Thermal and Power Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Refrigeration & Cryogenic Engineering, HVAC or related thermal management majors.
2. 
   At least 5 years of experience in automotive thermal management project development; familiar with full thermal development process; candidates with complete project delivery experience are preferred.
3. 
   Proficient in performance attributes of thermal management systems and components; capable of independently decomposing VTS, formulating SSTS, and defining performance targets and validation standards.
4. 
   Skilled in 1D simulation tools (AMESim, GT-SUITE, etc.) and 3D simulation tools (STAR-CCM+, Fluent, etc.); able to independently complete modeling, result analysis and scheme optimization.
5. 
   Strong ability in project milestone control, project scheduling and cross-departmental resource coordination to ensure delivery on schedule.
6. 
   Logical thinking, strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills; careful, responsible and good execution.

• 
  Experience in new energy vehicle thermal management (battery, e-drive, heat pump system) is preferred.
• 
  Familiar with thermal management test standards and experience in simulation-test correlation & optimization is preferred.
