Priory Hospital Roehampton has an opportunity for a Therapy services Administrator to join our team.

Priory Hospital Roehampton, Roehampton, London is a specialist mental health and addiction rehabilitation service. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes serving Priory Lane and Barnes railway station approximately 1–2 miles from the hospital.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.

Therapy Reception:

  • Answering phone calls and dealing with any queries that may arise whilst also sign posting the caller in the right direction to respective departments Redirecting and handling mail
  • Ensuring the Reception area is maintained to a clean, tidy and professional standard

Administration:

  • Ensure guest security paperwork is completed (where required)
  • Complete Administration duties as and when required

What you'll bring to the role

Essential for the role

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of administrative processes and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload effectively. You will have strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent time management and organisational abilities, and be confident working under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, with experience handling telephone calls professionally, responding to customer queries, providing appropriate information, and effectively signposting or redirecting enquiries to the relevant team or service.
