Make a Difference. Build Connections. Enjoy Where You Work.
Are you a therapist who enjoys working with people, values teamwork, and finds purpose in helping others navigate life's challenges? We may be looking for you!
Heritage Senior Behavioral Health is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic therapist to join our small, close-knit team. We provide outpatient behavioral health services to older adults, helping individuals improve their emotional well-being, strengthen coping skills, and enjoy a better quality of life.
We're looking for someone who brings more than clinical knowledge to the table. We want someone who enjoys connecting with people, works well with others, and appreciates a workplace where teamwork, mutual respect, and a little flexibility go a long way.
What Makes Us Different?
We're a small team, and we like it that way! We value the relationships we've built with one another and believe a positive, supportive work environment makes a difference for both employees and the people we serve.
We believe in helping each other, sharing responsibilities, being flexible when life happens, and knowing you have coworkers you can count on.
This isn't a position where you'll be expected to do everything on your own. We value collaboration, encourage new ideas, and appreciate someone who brings a little enthusiasm and fresh perspective to the team.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys what they do, cares about the people they serve, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
If you're looking for a workplace where your clinical skills are valued, your ideas are welcome, and your coworkers have your back, we'd love to hear from you!
