Odyssey House is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for our Outpatient Program!

Job Location: Redwood Outpatient - 6150 S. Redwood Road, Taylorsville UT 84123

Schedule: Sat/Sun 9 to 5; Thurs 12-8; remaining 2 days determined at hire.

Compensation: 65K-80K/Year

Compensation is subject to change based on: Experience, Shift Differential, and Licensure.

Requirements

  • You are a skilled clinician with experience working across the spectrum of adverse mental and behavioral symptoms.

  • You are a resourceful problem solver who can take charge when appropriate and ask for guidance when needed.
  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (CSWi, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, MFTi, AMFT, LMFT).
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Understanding of trauma-informed care principles.
  • Eligible to work in the USA
