About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Spa Therapist (Female) to join our SPA team in Jumeirah Olhahali Island.

• Provide Massages, body treatments, facials, and beauty services safely and professionally, while providing excellent service, comfort, and a unique guest experience to all Guests.
• Provide excellent therapy services to guests by recommending correct treatments and offering full product knowledge, in accordance with Spa protocol and accepted certification practices, to ensure the guest always receives immersive, personalized health and wellness experiences.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills with guests and is capable of managing reception duties with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
• Adhere to LQA and Forbes Standards.
• Adhere to HACCP standards.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably with an international luxury hospitality company.
• Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
• Professional health therapy qualification (Globally recognized).
• Yoga and Wellness credentials will be an advantage.
• Beauty, hair and makeup skills will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a strong eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of service.
• Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
