Join our mission-driven team as an MST Therapist at our CSI El Dorado Office in El Dorado, KS You’ll play a key role providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to youth, their families, communities, and other key members. The MST Practitioner will provide intensive, home-based therapy to adolescents and their families who are involved in the juvenile justice system or at risk of out-of-home placement. MST Practitioners can be required to drive within a 90- minute radius from the CSI El Dorado Office. This role is community-based and requires travel to the following surrounding counties: Butler, Chase, Chautauqua, Coffey, Cowley, Elk, Greenwood, Lyon, Marion
What is Multisystemic Therapy (MST)?
Multisystemic Therapy (MST) typically targets chronic, violent, or substance-abusing juvenile offender ages 12 through 17. MST’s home-based therapy design helps overcome barriers to service, increases family retention in treatment, allows for the provision of the intensive services (i.e., therapists have a maximum of 6 cases), and enhances the maintenance of successful behavior change.

What You'll Do:
Annual Salary: $50,000-55,000
Bachelors degree required in Social Services or related field, Masters degree preferred.
Three years of work experience in social work or clinical treatment
Social Work or other clinical license is preferred.
Must possess a Valid driver license and have reliable transportation to travel to client's homes an possibly transport multiple clients at once.
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
Must live within 30-45 minutes travel time from the designated service area.
