As a Licensed Mental Health Outpatient Therapist, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess. The Licensed Mental Health Outpatient Therapist delivers:

• quality individual,
• family and group counseling services to patients and their families
• determines short-term or long-term treatment needs
• meet the patient’s social, emotional and psychological needs
• Consistently performs in a manner that exemplifies Deaconess standards for customer relations and patient satisfaction.
• Performs diagnostic intake evaluations, which may include the skilled use of a variety of culturally sensitive mental health assessment tools.
• Conducts individual, family and group counseling services which incorporate evidence-based treatment modalities, and more!

Schedule:- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday will require evening scheduling until 8pm for YIOP and CD-IOP groups

Education and Experience

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Experience working with psychiatric patients in an outpatient setting is preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Licensed mental health provider: Licensed Clinical Social Worker or the equivalent of LCSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor required.
• Accepting both Indiana and Kentucky licensure.
