Job Location: Reed Street - Philadelphia, PA 19146Salary: $50,000 per yearLocation: Reed Street, Philadelphia, PATravel: Regular travel is required to clients' homes, schools, and community locations. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.65 per mile.

Position Summary
The CTSS Therapist provides individual and family therapy to children and adolescents in therapeutic foster care, helping them transition successfully and maintain stability in their placements. Services are provided in homes, schools, and community settings while working closely with families, foster care providers, and treatment teams.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical mental health field
- Minimum of 1 year of post-master's experience working with children and families in mental health or child welfare
- Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) preferred
- Experience with family systems and behavioral interventions
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Valid Act 33 and Act 34 clearances
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
- Collaborate with foster families, biological families, schools, and community partners
- Develop and maintain treatment plans and clinical documentation
- Participate in crisis intervention and case planning
- Support youth through placement transitions and discharge planning
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with agency and regulatory requirements
- Attend required trainings and maintain applicable licensure or certifications
