Job Description

Arundel Lodge is seeking a compassionate and experienced Therapist II to join our Clinic team. The Therapist II provides therapeutic intervention, advanced counseling, and recovery-oriented clinical services to individuals and families receiving behavioral health services.

The Therapist II plays a critical role in supporting each client’s journey toward recovery from mental illness, physical illness, and substance use. This position works collaboratively with clients, families, and an interdisciplinary treatment team to develop person-centered goals, provide effective clinical interventions, coordinate care, and promote continuity of services within the agency and community.

Our clinical approach is grounded in the Recovery Model, emphasizing hope, empowerment, self-determination, peer support, respect, empathy, strengths-based care, and the belief that recovery is possible for every person we serve.
