  Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducation to clients enrolled in PHP and IOP programming.

  Participate in daily treatment team meetings, contributing clinical insight to treatment planning and level-of-care decisions.

  Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
• 
  Collaborate with the Executive Director, clinical leadership, and care coordination staff to support smooth client flow and positive outcomes.

  Build relationships with referral partners and represent the program with professionalism in the community.

Requirements

• 
  Active, full Wisconsin licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, issued by the DSPS Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, and Social Work Examining Board.
• 
  Experience providing therapy in a behavioral health setting, including familiarity with group facilitation, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• 
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• 
  Comfort working in a start-up program environment where processes are still being built and flexibility is part of the job.
• 
  Full-time, on-site availability in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
• 
  Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field required.

• 
  Prior experience in a PHP, IOP, or other structured outpatient behavioral health program.
• 
  Experience with substance use disorder treatment alongside mental health programming.
• 
  Familiarity with Wisconsin DHS behavioral health licensing and payer credentialing requirements.
