Job Description

AYANA Midplaza Jakarta is seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our wellness team and provide exceptional spa treatments tailored to our guests' needs. This role requires delivering high-quality therapy services to ensure a memorable and relaxing experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various spa and therapy treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies according to established protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment areas and equipment.
  • Conduct guest consultations to assess their individual needs and recommend suitable treatments.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and client records accurately.
  • Promote spa products and services to guests and provide post-treatment advice.
  • Work collaboratively with the wellness team to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Therapist in a reputable spa or wellness center.
  • Certified in relevant spa therapy and wellness courses.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Diploma or certification in hospitality, beauty therapy, or related fields is preferred.
  • Mastery of diverse massage techniques
  • Physical stamina and body mechanics
  • Eager to learn new skills and knowledge
  • Exceptional customer service and personal hygiene
  • Preferably for Male Therapist
