One of a network of provincial community health centres, the NorWest Community Health Centres is a community based, non-profit organization funded by Ontario Health, emphasizing access to primary health care and prevention programs and services.
We are currently seeking a 1 FTE Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy to clients experiencing complex mental health concerns.
The Therapist will work both independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and community-based setting, while demonstrating sensitivity to socio-economic, cultural, and diversity-related issues. Experience supporting individuals facing barriers to accessing care, including those with complex health and social needs.
The position has a competitive salary, the Health Care of Ontario Pension Plan and an excellent group health benefits package.
The salary range for this position is from $66,881 to $83,187 per year. Compensation will commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
