
The Therapist position specializes in infant and early childhood mental health and trauma to help children & caregivers find pathways to heal from and prevent future occurrence of child abuse, neglect, out-of-home placement, domestic violence, and other traumatic experiences. This is accomplished by providing a trauma-responsive, hope-centered, relationship-focused, safe environment, meeting clients where they are at, processing emotional, developmental, relationship and behavioral challenges, collaborating closely and frequently with other child/family-serving organizations and utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
