- Starting Salary: $58,000 (Dependent on Experience)
- Bonus: $3,000 Paid Out at 6 and 12 Months

Child Saving Institute (CSI) is looking for someone who is empathetic, passionate, and has a heart-filled desire to work closely with families!
As a Therapist I, you’ll be an essential part of our team. Your responsibilities would include providing individual, family, and group therapy services. In short, our Therapist I will empower children and families by promoting optimal mental and emotional health through evidence-based therapeutic interventions and trauma-informed care.

- Collaborative and eager to create therapeutic experiences that promote growth and healing.
- Observant of individual developmental stages and growth of children.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and boundaries at all times.
- A Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) in Nebraska.
- Experienced in providing therapy to children and families (1 year minimum, including internships).
- Eligible to participate in Medicaid and private insurance provider panels.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or Circle of Security.
- Experience with the child welfare system.
