• Provide a variety of spa treatments and therapies, including massages, facials, and body treatments.
• Assess guest needs and preferences to customize spa treatments.

• Promote spa services and upsell additional treatments to guests.
• Maintain accurate records of spa treatment bookings and guest information.
• Address guest feedback and concerns to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Spa Manager to develop and update spa treatment protocols and menu offerings.
• Stay updated on spa and wellness trends and industry best practices.
• Uphold spa standards, sanitation, and safety measures.
• Participate in spa therapy training and development programs.
• Ensure the comfort and well-being of guests during spa treatments.
• Provide a welcoming and professional spa experience to all guests.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
