POSITION BENEFITS
The Family Wellness Center provides outpatient therapy and support services for children, teens, young adults, and their families. Our therapists help clients identify strengths, build connection, and navigate challenges in ways that center healing relationships and culture. We use evidence-based, family-focused, strength-based, culturally relevant, collaborative, trauma-informed approaches.
This Therapist role provides direct therapeutic services to children, adolescents, young adults, and their parents/caregivers. The Therapist attends routine staff meetings and participates in consultation as needed. Services are provided in the clinic and via telehealth. The Therapist collaborates with internal and community partners in the best interest of clients. The Therapist is responsible for meeting productivity and documentation expectations and following all agency policies. LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical records, journals, reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, lawyers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to management and public groups.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
