
Nemours is seeking a Therapeutic Technician (Outpatient Therapy Services), Full-Time, to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, Delaware. Coverage at the Becks Woods, DE location also required.
To organize, prepare and assist in the delivery of patient care services for a designated Therapeutic and Rehabilitative Services program area.
Assumes primary responsibility to prepare and maintain therapeutic treatment and patient care areas within safety and infection control guidelines.

Rehabilitation Program Additional Responsibilities:
Transport patients to and from therapy appointments.
Assist in monitoring rehabilitation lunch group.
Provides additional support to patient during Therapeutic Community Visits (TCV) under the direct supervision of licensed personnel, including driving and monitoring maintenance needs for the department van.
Creates patient schedules, communicate with families and complete registration and check-in as needed.
Pool operator certification to assist with pool maintenance.
Maintains lifeguarding certification; Assists therapist in the aquatic environment with lifeguarding, and patient care activities.
Outpatient Program Additional Responsibilities:
Lifeguard certified.
Pool operator certification to assist with pool maintenance.
Assists therapist in the aquatic environment with lifeguarding, and patient care activities.
