What You'll Do:
As a Therapeutic Support Specialiston our overnight shiftteam, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our residential care facility during the night. While your focus will primarily be on administrative tasks and facility preparation,you’llalso provide essential support for residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Medication Administration:Administer morning medications to residents (training provided) and ensure proper documentation for continuity of care.
Client Wellness Checks:Conduct regular rounds to monitorresidents while they sleep, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Administrative Duties:Complete nightly documentation, including billing, shift reports,and updates to resident records, to prepare forthe daytime staff.
Facility Upkeep:Perform cleaning, safety checks on equipment, and maintaina tidy, organized environment.
Prepare for Day Staff:Coordinate handoffs with the daytime team, ensuring all information and preparations are in place for a seamless transition.

Qualifications
We are looking for passionate, dedicated individuals who meet the following minimum qualificationsand can contribute to a supportive environment for our residents:
MinimumRequirements:
Education:High school diploma or equivalent ( no college degreerequired).
Heartsavers CPR Certification: Must obtain Heartsavers CPR certification within 90 days of hire and maintain it for continued employment.
Level 1 Medication Aide (LIMA) Licensure:Complete the licensure course and exam within the first 90 daysof employment. Certification must remain current per the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services (DHSS).
Driver’s License:Obtain a valid Class E Missouri or Kansas driver’s license Must be comfortable and competentoperatinga 15-passenger vanwithin3 months of employmentand obey all traffic laws while on duty.
Family Care Registry Clearance:Successfully clear the Family Care Registry background check.
Training:Complete all required training as outlined during orientation and by leadership within established timelines for continued employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Lived Experience: Personal lived experience with recovery from mental health or substance use disorders is valued in our setting.
Patient Care Experience:Preference for candidates with documented experience assistingpatients with activities of daily living(e.g.home health or residential experience)
Mental Health Experience:Prior experience in a mental health care setting is highly valued.
