Job Title: Therapeutic Strategy Lead (TSL)

Job Overview:
The Therapeutic Strategy Lead (TSL) is a senior-level clinical research and business development expert responsible for developing therapeutic and delivery strategies for clinical studies and drug development programs. For this specific hiring need, the role will primarily support oncology studies and programs. The TSL serves as a therapeutic consultant to clients and internal teams, providing strategic leadership and clinical expertise to support study development, new business opportunities, and client relationships. The role partners cross-functionally to develop client-focused solutions that support successful clinical development and Caidya’s continued growth.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Caidya clinical development strategies for clients.
- Business Development (BD) Support: Collaborate closely with BD on potential new opportunities and act as a therapeutic consultant during early engagement, lead all Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and budget builds, bid defense meetings (BDMs), and client presentations to help secure new business, and assist in the identification of new clients.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with clinical operations, medical affairs, biostatistics, and sales teams to build integrated, end-to-end customer solutions.
- Study Design and Innovation: Provide expert input on protocol design, site feasibility, patient-centric approaches, and modern clinical techniques.
- Industry Expertise: Monitor regulatory updates, standards of care, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) relevant to the drug development lifecycle in the assigned therapeutic area(s).
- Lead Caidya development strategies for all RFPs, including proposal and budget input and content for delivery to clients, ensuring all deliverables position Caidya favorably.
- Participate in the planning for and attendance at industry conferences and scientific meetings.
- Provide executive oversight and lead assigned client governance activities.
- Represent Caidya to customers, ensuring client satisfaction is maintained and deliverables are communicated effectively.
- Proactively identify and contribute to the management of issues at the study and portfolio levels.
- Contribute to contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Support operational excellence by identifying best practices, participating in Project Review Meetings, and making recommendations to senior management.
- Contribute to and lead Caidya internal strategies to drive new business and strengthen client relationships.

Job Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in science or a health-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Master’s degree or higher (e.g., MS, MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years of CRO experience.
- Strong background in clinical research with commercial and operational expertise.
- Therapeutic expertise in Caidya’s core areas.
