  • Partner with regional and facility leadership to deploy services aligned with resident needs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, clinical best practices, and organizational expectations
  • Monitor staffing models, utilization, performance metrics, and operational outcomes

Clinical & Facility Integration

  • Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers, therapists, nursing teams, and facility leadership
  • Support interdisciplinary coordination to integrate psychosocial interventions into overall care plans
  • Provide consultation to facilities on behavioral support strategies and resident engagement approaches

Innovation & Emerging Care Models

  • Evaluate and implement emerging non-pharmacological behavioral health interventions
  • Pilot technology-enabled engagement tools, including AI-supported companionship models
  • Ensure innovative solutions are clinically sound, ethically implemented, and operationally scalable

Workforce Development & Pipeline Growth

  • Develop internship and training programs to build long-term workforce pipelines
  • Establish partnerships with universities, training programs, and community organizations
  • Create structured competency and training frameworks for BHTs and Peer Support Specialists
  • Promote workforce sustainability through education, mentorship, and career progression

Quality & Outcomes

  • Define and track performance metrics evaluating program effectiveness
  • Monitor resident engagement, behavioral outcomes, and quality-of-life indicators
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service impact
