
About the Role
Strive Community Care provides therapeutic home environments for children and young people with histories of complex trauma, abuse and neglect.
Strive Community Care utilises a strong Therapeutic Framework and unique CREATE Model of Care with a focus on establishing holistic safety for children involved in OOHC. Children and young people are provided with a sense of family, support to heal, opportunity to positively connect with others, and rebuild their lives.
We are now looking for a Therapeutic Care Manager to play a key role in supporting children and young persons in their healing journey through capably managing a number of residential OOHC programs in the Ipswich Region specifically, the programs are located in Ipswich. Your regular workplace would be your home office; however, regular attendance at the programs is required.
This permanent full-time role involves Monday to Friday hours with some weekend on-call management work required.
