Main Responsibilities
• Drive the commercial success of the respiratory treatments you represent within your designated geography, keeping patients and customers at the center of every decision
• Understand and execute the relevant customer journey and experience strategy within your area, monitoring progress regularly and adapting as needed
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including customer support, centers of excellence, and headquarters — to deliver a seamless and impactful customer experience
• Partner with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to identify and remove barriers to prescription at the account and regional level
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key customers in the respiratory field to understand their needs and create lasting partnerships
• Stay informed on national and regional market access developments affecting the respiratory portfolio, working in close collaboration with the local market access team to support relevant activities
• Contribute to the brand team by sharing field insights, customer needs, and learnings from the respiratory landscape, while leveraging global and North Europe materials, campaigns, and resources to drive meaningful customer engagement
• Uphold the highest standards of compliance, ethics, and business integrity in line with Sanofi policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulations
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve, simplify, and prioritize within your area of influence, with a clear focus on adding value

About You
• Experience: Background in pharmaceutical sales, ideally with experience in respiratory or a related therapeutic area; an existing network of customers within respiratory is a plus
• Soft skills:
• Strong communicator with well-developed networking abilities
• Patient and customer-centric mindset
• Collaborative team player who actively engages with internal teams and stakeholders
• Self-starter who takes initiative, prioritizes effectively, and works independently in the field
• Growth mindset with a drive to continuously learn and improve
• Technical skills:
• Solid understanding of omnichannel engagement approaches
• Deep knowledge of customer and account dynamics
• Strong grasp of the respiratory therapeutic area, relevant products, and the competitive landscape
• Languages: Fluency in Finnish is a must and excellent command of English required for internal communication

The salary range for this position is :€57 600,00 - €76 800
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
