This is an in-house service technician position responsible for repairing machine products, parts, devices and other equipment such as labeling/printing products, building print heads and subassemblies as needed. Incumbent performs diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment as assigned in accordance with departmental productivity standards. Position requires customer satisfaction skills, a sense of urgency towards meeting internal and external customer needs, and participation in all programs designed to meet the company’s objectives.

• New to the role; however, normally has technical knowledge and experience in assigned technology product line(s) and/or products. Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills.
• Has good technical problem-solving experience.
• Entry Level
• Has limited or no work experience involving basic concepts and procedures.
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
• Has some latitude for un-reviewed action or decision.
• Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers.
• Solves a range of straightforward problems; analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.
• Applies some advanced skills to the position or specialization.

Requisitos

• Associates (2-yr) degree in Electronic / Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 0 - 3 years related Technical experience required.
• Good customer relationship-building experience required.
• Experience with product development and product commercialization processes.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong teamwork and relationship building skills.
• Strong customer focus and orientation.
• Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
