Job Description

Leidos is seeking a Theater Security Cooperation Logistics Specialist to support the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) contract in the Philippines. This position integrates theater security cooperation and multinational partner operations into deployment and distribution support across the Pacific theater. As the Theater Security Cooperation Logistics Specialist, you will integrate theater security cooperation and multinational and strategic-partner operations into deployment and distribution support, coordinating logistics requirements affecting partner participation and combined activities. You will also provide guidance to supporting logistics specialists. Success in this role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to operate effectively with multinational partners in a dynamic operational environment.

Primary Responsibilities.

  • Integrate theater security cooperation and multinational and strategic-partner operations into deployment and distribution support.
  • Coordinate logistics requirements affecting partner participation and combined activities.
  • Track support actions across multinational stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Provide guidance and day-to-day direction to supporting logistics specialists.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in theater security cooperation, multinational logistics coordination, or partner-nation support within a DoW, federal, or defense industry environment.
  • Working knowledge of DoW contracting and understanding of FAR, DFARS, military, and government regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access required prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with USPACOM, subordinate Commands, and Pacific/Strategic Partner Nations.
  • Master's degree in International Relations, Logistics Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting multinational exercises or combined logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with DoD logistics systems, interfaces, sustainment, and deployment activities across the Pacific theater.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $105,300.00 - $190,350.00
