Job Description

Primary Job Duties:

• Accurately deliver food, alcohol, beverages, and other items to guests efficiently throughout the movie
• Assists servers with guest needs, including silverware and condiments
• Clears tables distraction free throughout the movie using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware
• Familiarize row/seat numbers and food menu for Theater
• Communicate with guests and answer basic theater/STRIKE+REEL related questions
• Clean and set up auditoriums after movie ends
• Prepare and maintain runner station at drink expo line
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Support other areas of the operation as necessary, including setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance
• Complete housekeeping duties including sweeping/mopping floors, removing trash, and cleaning restrooms
• Opening or closing of the theaters per opening/closing checklist
• Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
• Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Must be able to communicate with guests and accept and deliver drink orders

Special Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 years old to serve alcohol with valid alcohol license)
• Must possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate or other similar license per local code
• Obtain training certification per company policy
