This is NOT cold calling strangers.

You’ll:

• Take inbound enquiries
• Follow up warm leads
• Help customers book services
• Reconnect with past customers
• Keep conversations friendly, helpful and proactive

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer incoming calls with confidence and warmth
• Call warm leads (no cold lists)
• Book plumbing & electrical appointments
• Follow up quotes and previous enquiries
• Update bookings in our CRM
• Support the scheduling team
• Work toward achievable weekly targets
