Job Description

The Travel & Expense (“T&E”) Auditor is responsible for auditing employee submitted T&E expense reports in SAP Concur and ensuring T&E spend is compliant with Company’s policy. This role involves coordination with appropriate Company employees to ensure T&E reports are accurate and processed timely. The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• T&E Auditing: Utilize SAP Concur Intelligent Audit service to ensure compliance with the Company’s T&E policy and leverage efficiency. Perform regular analysis of workflow and status to ensure reports are submitted timely.

• Policy Compliance: Ensure all T&E activities adhere to the Company’s T&E policy, including verifying receipts, coding and other support. Provide guidance to employees on policy interpretation.
• T&E Employee Expense Follow-up: Contact employees by email and phone to assist in the proper T&E documentation support for T&E expense reports.
• Month-end Processing: Ensure submitted T&E reports are approved for final processing by the cutoff time each month.

• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyze T&E trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency.
• Reconciliation: Work closely with the finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation of T&E.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve T&E processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Ad Hoc Requests:Perform ad hoc requests as required.

CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, with 1+ years in T&E management, or a related role (ideally SAP Concur / Amex GBT).
• Strong knowledge of corporate travel policies and expense reporting.
• Proven ability to enforce policy requirements and local regulatory requirements.
• Technological proficiency in both user experience and system management of SAP Concur (enhanced/professional) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
