
The Principal Test Engineer – Security and Provisioning Expert is responsible for defining, developing, validating, and deploying secure provisioning flows for semiconductor manufacturing on ATE. This role owns the manufacturing execution of security lifecycle transitions, eFuse/OTP programming, fuse readback and validation, secure debug control, device identity provisioning, and production guardrails across wafer sort, final test, SLT, and high-volume manufacturing.
This role requires 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and test, with strong hands-on experience in Advantest 93K, SmarTest 7 / SmarTest 8, security provisioning flows, fuse programming, provisioning blob handling, and cross-functional execution with Design, DV, Security Architecture, Firmware, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
