Are you looking for a role with a values-driven, for-purpose organisation where you can make a real difference for young people in our community? Use your community services leadership experience to guide a team delivering intake, assessment, brief intervention, and planned support, including housing goals and tenancy skills for young people.
This position manages the effective operations of a 24/7, temporary supported accommodation for up to 22 young people aged 16-25 and leads a team of youth workers providing young people with tenancy and living skills, and planned support to ensure their housing and other goals are identified and met.

With a vision of New Futures for Young People, BYS is a non-profit organisation that has been working with homeless and vulnerable young people and young families in Brisbane and surrounding areas since 1977.
The organisation employs almost 100 staff and provides emergency assistance, housing, physical and mental health services and specialist programs for young women and young families. Through research and evaluation, we build knowledge to improve outcomes for young people and raise awareness of issues impacting vulnerable young people in our community.
